Getting Here
Turnberry is within easy driving distance of all the major Scottish Airports. The most convenient airports to fly to are Prestwick which is a 20 minute drive or Glasgow which is a 45 minute drive.

From Prestwick Airport
Take the A79 signposted towards Ayr, turn left onto the B743 signposted Bypass, at the next roundabout take 2 nd exit for the A77 signposted Stranraer. Stay on this road, you will go through Maybole and KirkOswald and then you will arrive at Turnberry, the apartments are on your left hand side as you drive into Turnberry.

From Glasgow Airport
Take the M8 towards Glasgow and then the M77 signposted Kilmarnock, stay on this road to Prestwick. Then take the A77 signposted Ayr and Stranraer, you will go through Maybole and KirkOswald and then you will come into Turnberry. The Estate is on your left as you drive into Turnberry.

By Train
There are good train links with Glasgow from Ayr which in turn has good links with the local station at Girvan.

By Ferry
There are quick and reliable ferry services from Ireland - either into Stranraer which gives you the chance to travel up the scenic coast road, or the fast Seacat service into Troon.

Speed Cameras
Now been installed on the A77 between Glasgow and Stranrear. These cameras operate by measuring your average speed over a long distance and can therefore be very damaging to your driving licence. Beware
